ANÁLISIS DE LA RESPONSABILIDAD PENAL DE LOS ADOLESCENTES Y SU IMPACTO EN LAS INSTITUCIONES EDUCATIVAS EN VENEZUELA: analysis of the criminal responsibility of adolescents and its impact on educational institutions in Venezuela

Resumen

El presente trabajo se encuentra encuadrado en el ámbito del Derecho
Penal, además está asociado en la línea de investigación de Estado,
Sociedad y Desarrollo de la universidad Bicentenario de Aragua. Así
mismos la investigación tiene como Objetivo General Analizar la
responsabilidad penal de los adolescentes y su impacto en las
instituciones educativas en Venezuela), teniendo como objetivos
específicos: Definir la responsabilidad penal del adolescente en
Venezuela, Determinar lo tipos sanciones que establece la
responsabilidad penal de los adolescentes y Describir los diferentes
delitos cometido por los Adolescentes en las Instituciones Educativas
Así mismo la investigación estuvo enmarcada en el tipo de
investigación documental con diseño bibliográfico, con nivel descriptivo
subrayado, y como técnicas e instrumentos para recolección de los
datos se utilizó la lectura del material seleccionado, el resumen y el
subrayado.


ABSTRACT

This work is framed in the field of Criminal Law, and is also associated
with the State, Society and Development research line of the
Bicentenario University of Aragua. Likewise, the General Objective of
the research is to analyze the criminal responsibility of adolescents and
its impact on educational institutions in Venezuela), having as specific
objectives: Define the criminal responsibility of adolescents in
Venezuela, Determine the types of sanctions established by the
criminal responsibility of adolescents. adolescents and Describe the
different crimes committed by Adolescents in Educational Institutions
Likewise, the research was framed in the type of documentary research
with a bibliographic design, with an underlined descriptive level, and
reading was used as techniques and instruments for data collection. of
the selected material, the summary and the underlining.
