ANÁLISIS DE LAS NUEVAS FORMAS DE VIOLENCIAS DESDE LA PERSPECTIVA DE LA REFORMA DE LA LEY ORGÁNICA SOBRE EL DERECHO DE LAS MUJERES A UNA VIDA LIBRE DE VIOLENCIA (2021): analysis of the new forms of violence from the perspective of the reform of the organic law on the right of women to a life free of violence (2021)

Resumen

El presente trabajo está enmarcado en la línea de investigación de
penal y procesal constitucional, en consecuencia, tuvo como objetivo
principal Analizar las nuevas formas de violencias desde la perspectiva
de la reforma de la Ley Orgánica Sobre el Derecho de las Mujeres a
una Vida Libre de Violencia (2021). En tal aspecto, fue necesario
analizar las valoraciones objetivas que desenvuelve las nuevas formas
de violencia establecidas en la actual reforma de la Ley Orgánica
Sobre el Derecho de las Mujeres a una Vida Libre de Violencia (2021).
El trabajo se centra en una investigación documental con diseño
bibliográfico, por lo tanto, se llevó a cabo a través de un análisis
interpretativo de una serie de documentos electrónicos tales como,
doctrinas, jurisprudencia y ordenamiento jurídico de la legislación
venezolana.

ABSTRACT
The present work is framed in the line of criminal and constitutional
procedural research, consequently, its main objective was to analyze
the new forms of violence from the perspective of the reform of the
Organic Law on the Right of Women to a Life Free of Violence (2021).
In this regard, it was necessary to analyze the objective assessments
developed by the new forms of violence established in the current
reform of the Organic Law on the Right of Women to a Life Free of
Violence (2021). The work focuses on a documentary investigation with
a bibliographic design, therefore, it was carried out through an
interpretative analysis of a series of electronic documents such as
doctrines, jurisprudence and legal order of Venezuelan legislation.
