EL FEMICIDIO EN EL MUNICIPIO CARONÍ, ESTADO BOLÍVAR PERIODO 2019-2021: FEMICIDE IN CARONI MUNICIPALITY, BOLIVAR STATE PERIOD 2019-2021

Resumen

El presente artículo de revisión, tiene la finalidad de exponer, como la violencia de género, ya
sea en plano mundial, continental, o nacional, es un problema social, que a pesar que se han
elaborado instrumentos normativos, cada vez más severos en contra de los agentes activos
del delito, su índice de criminalidad sigue en aumento, sin importar la condición social, raza,
credo, o edad, entre otros, del agente pasivo del mismo; es impresionante observar, como
quienes resultan imputados por la comisión de estos hechos, regularmente pertenecen a los
círculos sociales y/o familiares más cercanos a las víctimas del delito. En el caso particular de
la República de Venezuela, el legislador patrio instrumentó la Ley Orgánica de las Mujeres a
una Vida Libre de Violencias, el cual constitucionalizó procesalmente, con el objeto de hacer
más eficaz y efectiva su aplicación, lo cual no necesariamente ha implicado la reducción de
dicho delito.

Abstracs
The purpose of this review article is to expose how gender violence, whether at a global,
continental, or national level, is a normal social problem, and that despite the fact that
increasingly severe instruments have been developed against the active agents of the crime,
its rate of criminality continues to increase, regardless of the social condition, race, creed, or
age, among others, of the passive agent of the crime. It is striking to observe how those who
are accused of the commission of these acts, regularly belong to the social and/or family circles
closest to the victims of the crime. In the particular case of the Republic of Venezuela, the
national legislator implemented the Organic Law for Women to a Life Free of Violence, which
was constitutionalized procedurally, in order to make its application more efficient and effective,
which has not necessarily implied the reduction of said crime.
