HOLOGOGÍA DEL GERENTE: PRAXIS DEL PROCESO ADMINISTRATIVO manager's hology: praxis of the administrative process

Resumen

El propósito del artículo es analizar la hologogía del gerente y la praxis del procedimiento administrativo en instituciones públicas, debido a la importancia que tiene cumplir, este ciclo para el logro de objetivos en la entidad, además se pretende despertar conciencia para crear bases sólidas gerenciales con este fundamento universal, garantizando los medios básicos para efectuarlo. Por ello, surge el artículo, producto de una revisión documental y de la experiencia de la autora en el área de gerencia y el proceso administrativo en diversas instituciones públicas, lo que le permitió detectar la necesidad de implementar medios y condiciones reflexivas con la integración de saberes (teoría) y saber hacer (metodología), ambos, con la finalidad de sustentar el propósito del artículo. En tal sentido, se concluye que el gerente debe  ser constante en su formación para sumar competencias, gerenciar aplicando el proceso administrativo. Por lo que se recomienda a todos los gerentes públicos, brindar en los espacios institucionales principios administrativos universales, de esta manera se garantiza la prestación de servicio integro, para los usuarios, reduciendo la burocracia y a la vez, contribuir al aumento de eficacia laboral. 

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to analyze the hology of the manager and the praxis of the administrative procedure in public institutions, due to the importance of complying with this cycle for the achievement of objectives in the entity, it is also intended to raise awareness to create solid managerial bases with this universal foundation, guaranteeing the basic means to carry it out. For this reason, the article emerges, the product of a documentary review and the author's experience in the area of management and the administrative process in various public institutions, which allowed her to detect the need to implement reflective means and conditions with the integration of knowledge (theory) and know-how (methodology), both, in order to sustain the purpose of the article. In this sense, it is concluded that the manager must be constant in his training to add competencies, manage applying the administrative process. Therefore, it is recommended to all public managers to provide universal administrative principles in institutional spaces, in this way the provision of integral service for users is guaranteed, reducing bureaucracy and at the same time, contributing to the increase of work efficiency.
