EL GERENTE CAMINO AL LIDERAZGO EN LA ESTRUCTURA ORGANIZACIONAL manager's hology: praxis of the administrative process

Resumen

La Gerencia y el Liderazgo son las actividades humanas más importantes en el contexto de las organizaciones, ambas son agentes transformadores y de cambio en aras de alcanzar los objetivos propuestos,  de allí la importancia de conocer y analizar los elementos claves de cada una y fusionarlas para visualizar de una manera holística, cómo un “Gerente Líder” puede sobrepasar su cometido a través de estrategias gerenciales y estilos de liderazgo que complementen sus funciones logrando mejorar sus ambientes laborales, de productividad y rentabilidad y alcanzar el éxito. Este artículo presenta una revisión de las concepciones iniciales de la gerencia y el liderazgo, su evolución y cómo el gerente puede construir un camino altamente efectivo y exitoso hacia el liderazgo dentro de la estructura organizacional. La investigación fue documental, basada en referencias bibliográficas y electrónicas de autores sobre el tema. El análisis de disertación se presenta en títulos y subtítulos; primeramente, conceptualizando los términos de gerencia y liderazgo, características, diferencias, aspectos históricos sobre la evolución de la gerencia y el liderazgo, como llegar a ser un gerente líder exitoso en la estructura organizacional y las posiciones actuales y futuras acerca del gerente líder dentro de éstas. Finalmente se resaltan la importancia del gerente en adoptar nuevas estrategias de liderazgo, donde lo más relevante es la persona, sus relaciones, que contribuya con el éxito y logro de los objetivos planteados en una organización y asi ofrecer el desarrollo de un mundo mejor gerenciado y liderado.

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to analyze the hology of the manager and the praxis of the administrative procedure in public institutions, due to the importance of complying with this cycle for the achievement of objectives in the entity, it is also intended to raise awareness to create solid managerial bases with this universal foundation, guaranteeing the basic means to carry it out. For this reason, the article emerges, the product of a documentary review and the author's experience in the area of management and the administrative process in various public institutions, which allowed her to detect the need to implement reflective means and conditions with the integration of knowledge (theory) and know-how (methodology), both, in order to sustain the purpose of the article. In this sense, it is concluded that the manager must be constant in his training to add competencies, manage applying the administrative process. Therefore, it is recommended to all public managers to provide universal administrative principles in institutional spaces, in this way the provision of integral service for users is guaranteed, reducing bureaucracy and at the same time, contributing to the increase of work efficiency.
