PLAN DE INTERVENCIÓN PARA LA OPTIMIZACIÓN DEL CLIMA LABORAL DE UNA EMPRESA DEL SECTOR PLÁSTICO Intervention Plan For The Optimization Of The Work Environment Of A Company In The Plastic Sector

Resumen

El entorno y las condiciones laborales son elementos críticos ya que influyen significativamente en el desempeño y bienestar de los trabajadores (Cuenca, 2002). Un entorno laboral optimo es aquel donde se fomenta la motivación, la productividad y la protección de la salud física y mental de los empleados. Bajo esta premisa, surge la presente investigación orientada a diseñar un plan de intervención para optimizar el clima laboral en una empresa del sector plástico. Se consideró cómo los riesgos laborales pueden afectar severamente a los trabajadores y disminuir su desempeño. La metodología utilizada es de enfoque cualitativo de nivel descriptivo para la creación de un proyecto factible. Se realizaron encuestas y entrevistas y observación directa para identificar las áreas críticas. Según los hallazgos, se elaboró un plan de acción que propone medidas de control, programas de capacitación y estrategias para la gestión del estrés. Se concluyó que, con esta intervención, es posible optimizar el clima laboral.

Abstract

The environment and working conditions are critical elements since they significantly influence the performance and well-being of workers (Cuenca, 2002). An optimal work environment is one where motivation, productivity, and the protection of employees' physical and mental health are encouraged. Under this premise, the present research arises aimed at designing an intervention plan to optimize the work environment in a company in the plastics sector. It was considered how occupational hazards can severely affect workers and reduce their performance. The methodology used is a qualitative approach of descriptive level for the creation of a feasible project. Surveys and interviews and direct observation were conducted to identify critical areas. Based on the findings, an action plan was developed that proposes control measures, training programs, and strategies for stress management. It was concluded that, with this intervention, it is possible to optimize the work environment.
