AUTOGESTIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA COMO VÍA COMPLEJA PARA EL SECTOR SALUD UNIVERSITARIO DEL ESTADO BOLÍVAR ADMINISTRATIVE SELF-MANAGEMENT AS A WAY FOR THE UNIVERSITY HEALTH SECTOR OF THE BOLÍVAR STATE

Resumen

Este ensayo plantea la creación de una red de autogestión administrativa del sector salud de la Universidad de Oriente, Núcleo Bolívar. El objetivo principal es propiciar mecanismos económicos a través de la  extensión universitaria, para fortalecer  este sistema educativo en bienestar de la comunidad general. Esta acción permitirá  una articulación integral con disposición humanística del personal que la conforma, desde el  paradigma complejo. Se trata  de tener resultados que favorezcan la población de menores recursos, la cual  podrán accesar a servicios de exámenes, consultas y asesorías  en materia de salud y la contraprestación permitirá  las mejorar  económicos del sistema y de  todos sus miembros incluyendo a la  comunidad estudiantil. De allí la importancia de cohesionar  como sistema para que después de actuar como red pasiva, se convierta en red activa al proponer su participación  de mayor alcance social como jornadas de vacunación, nutrición infantil, embarazo a temprana edad,  entre otros.

Abstract

This essay proposes the creation of an administrative self-management network for the health sector of the Universidad de Oriente, Bolívar. The main objective is to promote economic mechanisms through university extension, to strengthen this educational system for the well-being of the general community. This action will allow a comprehensive articulation with a humanistic disposition of the personnel that comprise it. The intention led to providing solutions from a multidisciplinary articulation and network that broke with traditional schemes through health service provider structures in a linear manner. It is about having results that favor the population with fewer resources, who will be able to access examination, consultation and health advice services and the compensation will allow economic improvements of the system and all its members, including the student community. Hence the importance of uniting as a system so that after acting as a passive network, it becomes an active network by proposing its participation with greater social reach such as vaccination days, child nutrition, early pregnancy, among others.
