BUENAS PRÁCTICAS OPERATIVAS DE RESIDUOS SÓLIDOS UN DESAFÍO COMPLEJO PARA LA GESTIÓN PÚBLICA GOOD OPERATIONAL PRACTICES FOR SOLID WASTE A COMPLEX CHALLENGE FOR PUBLIC MANAGEMENT

Resumen

Los residuos sólidos representan un flageo para la sociedad donde cada ser humano es corresponsable de los impactos que afectan el ambiente. El objetivo del estudios, gestionar buenas prácticas de la gestión de residuos sólidos en el mercado público Periférico de Ciudad Bolívar, municipio Angostura del Orinoco, estado Bolívar. En lo metodológico la investigación es documental y de campo de tipo descriptivo, a través, de un proyecto realizado de acción comunitaria, con la utilización de herramientas estadísticas para el análisis de los datos cuantitativos y calificación. Como resultados se obtuvo que, desde la visión compleja se avizora más allá de la simple eliminación o el aprovechamiento de estos residuos, la intención es procurar resolver la causa fundamental del problema intentando cambiar los paradigmas no sostenibles de producción y consumo. Se concluye que, las buenas prácticas son iniciativas dotadas de originalidad que inspiran el concepto de una acción transferible, e innovadora homologable a otros ámbitos. 

Abstract

Solid waste represents a scourge for society where each human being is co-responsible for the impacts that affect the environment. The objective of the research was oriented to good practices of solid waste management in the Periférico public market of Ciudad Bolívar Methodologically, the research is documentary and descriptive field research, since it allowed the researcher to take the data and information from the reality where the study is carried out, that is, in its natural environment. Through a project carried out with specific indicators for community action, with the use of statistical tools for the analysis of quantitative data, rating and the Likert scale with the categorization of the different items related to the research. As results, it was obtained that from the complex vision, beyond the simple elimination or use of this waste, the intention is to try to solve the fundamental cause of the problem by trying to change the unsustainable paradigms of production and consumption. It isconcluded that good practices are initiatives endowed with originality that inspire the concept of a transferable, sustainable and innovative action comparable to other areas.
