Resumen

La automatización del backoffice en plataformas de inversión se ha convertido en un
elemento crucial para mejorar la eficiencia operativa, reducir costos y optimizar la
experiencia del cliente. Para este artículo, se empleó una metodología de revisión
documental de carácter descriptivo, analizando literatura académica reciente y casos
de estudio de la industria financiera. Al integrar tecnologías avanzadas, como
inteligencia artificial y aprendizaje automático, las empresas pueden transformar
procesos administrativos y reducir errores, lo que les permite ofrecer un servicio más
ágil y personalizado. Sin embargo, la implementación de estas soluciones enfrenta
desafíos significativos, incluidos la resistencia al cambio entre los empleados y las
preocupaciones de ciberseguridad. Para que la automatización sea efectiva, es
fundamental involucrar al personal a través de programas de capacitación que les
permitan adaptarse a nuevas tecnologías y entender sus beneficios. Además, es
importante establecer medidas robustas de seguridad para proteger la información
sensible de los clientes. La automatización no solo mejora la eficiencia y la precisión,
sino que también permite a las empresas centrarse en la innovación y la estrategia a

Abstract
The automation of back-office operations in investment platforms has become a
crucial element for improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing the
customer experience. For this article, a descriptive documentary review methodology
was employed, analyzing recent academic literature and financial industry case
studies. By integrating advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and
machine learning, companies can transform administrative processes and reduce
errors, allowing them to offer a more agile and personalized service. However, the
implementation of these solutions faces significant challenges, including resistance to
change among employees and cybersecurity concerns. For automation to be effective, it is essential to involve staff through training programs that allow them to adapt to new technologies and understand their benefits.
Furthermore, it is important to establish robust security measures to protect sensitive
customer information. Automation not only improves efficiency and accuracy but also
enables companies to focus on innovation and long-term strategy, ensuring their
success and sustainability in an increasingly digitalized financial environment.
